FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a sun and privacy screen showing a second embodiment of my new design, in which four panels depend from the horizontally positioned ribs;

FIG. 9 is a right side view of the invention shown in FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 10 is a left side view of the invention shown in FIG. 8.
