FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the front, top and one end of a combined illuminable visor mirror, pen, note pad and index pad showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is an elevation view of the opposite end thereof;
FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the front, top and one end thereof with the note pad and index pad in open condition.
