FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the combined bottle and cap design;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the combined bottle and cap design;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the combined bottle and cap design with the cap shown separated;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the combined bottle and cap design with the bottle shown in a top perspective view and the cap shown separated in a bottom perspective view.

The drawings are lined to indicate a contrasting color.
