FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view thereof with indicia, the other side being identical;
FIG. 3 is an enlarged side view thereof with indicia, the other side being identical;
FIG. 4 is an enlarged top plan view therof, with indicia; and,
FIG. 5 is an isometric view thereof.
