FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, wherein the phantom lines illustrate a bicycle frame environment and form no part of the invention;

FIG. 4 is a rear end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top plan view showing the bicycle frame cover in a flattened position.
