FIG. 2 is an end elevational view of the tape reel flange of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the outer surface of the tape reel flange shown in FIGS. 1 and 2; and,

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the inner surface of the tape reel flange as shown in FIG. 1.
