FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the toilet seat handle located on the underneath side of a toilet seat, the portions of the toilet and the toilet seat shown in broken lines are for illustrative purposes only, and form no part of the claimed design.
