FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a tool handle showing my new design, the rear elevational view being identical;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view taken at 45 degrees from FIG. 1, the left side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear left side top perspective view thereof.
