FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fluid measuring and transfer device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The dominant feature of the invention resides in the design of a fluid measuring and transfer device employed as a portable miniature fluid measuring device designed for use with measuring solvents.
