FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a second embodiment, the left side elevational view, the right side elevational view, and the shorter cross-sectional view of the second embodiment being essentially identical to those shown in the first embodiment;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 10--10 of FIG. 8.

The broken line representations of a mounting island in FIG. 1 and of holes in FIGS. 2, 5, and 8 are for purposes of illustration only, and form no part of the claimed design.
