FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the back plate modular component of the vehicle instrument panel showing our new design, with said portion shown separately for clarity of illustration only;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the structural retainer modular component thereof, with said portion shown separately for clarity of illustration only;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof, with the line showing for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof.
