FIG. 1 is a perspective view, taken from the top, left front, corner, as viewed in FIGS. 1 and 2, of an IC preheating block, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top end view thereof, the bottom end side view being a mirror image of the top end side view; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image of the right side view.
