FIG. 1 is a front, top perspective view of the flashlight carrier sleeve and handle in accordance with my design, the broken lines showing a flashlight being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the flashlight carrier sleeve and handle shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.
