FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a rope cleat showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a longitudinal elevational view thereof with the opposite side being identical in appearance; and,

FIG. 3 is an end view thereof with the opposite end being identical in appearance.

The undisclosed bottom view forms no part of the claimed design.
