FIG. 5 is a bottom, elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a fragmentary, right, side, perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view thereof.

The chair shown in broken lines in FIG. 7 forms no part of the ornamental design for a chair actuator of this application.
