FIG. 8 is an environmental perspective view with the broken line showing of a battery being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the article in use.

The broken lines showing an automotive type battery are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The contrasting shading on the rectangular elements represents an adhering surface.
