FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a sectional view taken along line 13--13 of FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 14 is a sectional view taken along line 14--14 of FIG. 8.

The left side elevational view is symmetrical with the right side elevational view and the bottom plan view is symmetrical with the top plan view in both first and second embodiments.
