FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevation view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of the combined sacrum and ilia support pad showing a second embodiment of my new design, the back elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view, the right side elevational view being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof.
