FIG. 1 is a top plan view of an medallion holding plate with eccentrically headed screws, showing my new design, the bottom thereof being plain and unadorned;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear thereof being a mirror image of the front view; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image of the right side.
