Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of my stethoscope identification tag in accordance with my design, the rear elevational view thereof being the mirror image of the front elevational view;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a plan view of the tag in the open position.

The cylindrical connecting portion and flange extending from the design do not form any part of the present invention.
