FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the portion of a shoe upper shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the portion of a shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of the portion of a shoe upper shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of the division of panels in the three underlay regions and the remainder of the shoe are for illustration purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
