FIG. 1 is a left front perspective view of a decorative element for a shoe upper showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear, not shown, is plain and unornamented;

FIG. 3 is a right elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof on a reduced scale, the broken line showing of a shoe being environmental only and forming no part of the claimed design.
