FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a "front panel with perforations for infrastructure equipment" showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top, right and front isometric view thereof.

The phantom lines in FIGS. 1 and 2 are provided for reference only and form no part of the claimed design.
