FIG. 3 is a right side view of the reclining theatre seat of the new design, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of the reclining theatre seat of the new design partially reclining, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a right side view of the reclining theatre seat of the new design fully reclining, the left side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is an oblique view of the design wherein the only difference resides in the repetition of parts and showing one seat in the reclined position.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 6 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The undisclosed rear view is not part of the claimed design.
