FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof the left side elevational being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a second embodiment of FIG. 1.

The corresponding views of the second embodiment (FIG. 8) are similar to as disclosed in FIGS. 3-7 of the first embodiment (FIG. 1). The broken line showing of an electrical conduits, controls and other body elements is for illustrative purpose only and forms no part of the claim.
