FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a banner hanger formed in accordance with the present invention as shown from the upper left thereof and with the banner hanger being shown in a closed position;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view from the right side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view from the left side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof with the banner hanger being shown in an open position.
