FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a veneer panel showing my new design and illustrating adjacent interfitting veneer panels in broken lines which are for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view of the veneer panel shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of veneer panel shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view of the veneer panel shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line 5--5 of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line 6--6 of FIG. 1.
