FIG. 4 is a rear view of the combined bottle and cap with the cap in a closed position;

FIG. 5 is a left side view of the combined bottle and cap with the cap in a closed position;

FIG. 6 is a right side view of the combined bottle and cap with the cap in a closed position;

FIG. 7 is a top view of the combined bottle and cap with the cap in a closed position; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the combined bottle and cap.

The portions of the underside of the hinged lid of the cap that are not shown in FIG. 2 do not form part of the claimed design.
