FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 7 is a top, left and rear perspective view of a second embodiment thereof, the only difference being apertures on housing top wall portions and flaps within a central shoe portion;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The right side of the second embodiment is the same as FIG. 6 and the front view of the second embodiment is the same as FIG. 2.
