FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation thereof, the left side elevation is a mirror image thereto;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view opposite that of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.
