FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 are a bottom, a representative side and a top view of an embodiment of an ornamental design for a combined ceiling fan and light fixture unit.

The blades have been shown broken-away in FIGS. 1-3 and the support rod in FIG. 2 has been shown broken-away to indicate indetermine length.
