FIG. 4 is a top and side perspective view thereof with parts in an alternative position;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary view of a portion of the device shown FIG. 3, with a compartment thereof in an open position; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view of a portion of the inner side of an armrest thereof.
