FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being the same as said front elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof; the left side elevational view being the same as said right side elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
