FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front, left side, top perspective view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 9 is top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view thereof.

The undisclosed views of the second embodiment are identical in appearance to those of the first embodiment.
