FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view taken from the side opposite to that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an end view taken from the end opposite to that shown in FIG. 5.
