FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a utility belt for tethering a dog leash while walking and running showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of the new design of the utility belt for tethering a dog leash while walking and running;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged front perspective view of the utility belt for tethering a dog leash while walking and running wherein a portion of the belt is folded; and,

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view of the utility belt for tethering a dog leash while walking and running, showing the claimed design in use.

The dog owner, dog leash and dog are shown in broken lines in FIG. 4 for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the new design as claimed.
