FIG. 1 is a left front perspective view of a vehicle bumper illustrating our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation further illustrating our new design, it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes, showing attachment on the back end of an automotive vehicle, and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged right rear perspective view of the left hand portion of the vehicle bumper.
