FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a scratch brush handle embodying our design, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof as seen from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken on line 5--5 of FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of brush bristles in the drawings is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
