FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a pull-out towing device for vehicles, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom and side perspective view thereof, showing a bottom plate in a removed position;

FIG. 9 is a bottom perspective view thereof with said bottom plate removed; and,

FIG. 10 is another bottom perspective view thereof with said bottom plate removed.
