Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my new design of a slant ribbon print form;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the slant ribbon print form shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the slant ribbon print form shown in FIG. 1, the left side view being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the slant ribbon print form shown in FIG. 1, the bottom being identical thereto.

The dash lines shown on the front surface of the slant ribbon print form represent fold lines and the broken line showing of written indicia is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
