FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a personal identification number card showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of a personal identification number card showing our new design; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof. "

The top, bottom, and side edges of the personal identification number card form no part of the claimed design. The pattern of lines within the circles on the front surface of the personal identificaiton number card represent color".
