FIG. 4 is a perspective view, taken from below and from the right thereof.

The broken line showing of a partial shaft and wire guard is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The bottom surfaces in the perspective view of FIG. 4 form no part of the claimed design.
