FIG. 1 is an isometric view of the ornamental design of a toilet paper roll storage and dispenser;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the toilet paper roll storage and dispenser shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the toilet paper roll storage and dispenser shown in FIG. 1, the left side being identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the toilet paper roll storage and dispenser shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the toilet paper roll storage and dispenser shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the toilet paper roll storage and dispenser shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is an isometric view of an alternate embodiment of the toilet paper roll storage and dispenser the only difference from the appearance of the first embodiment residing in the presence of the oval aperture in the front face thereof.
