FIG. 2 is a front view, wherein the back view is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the medallion for a ceiling fan;

FIG. 4 is a left side view of the medallion for a ceiling fan; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the medallion for a ceiling fan.
