FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a first embodiment of a blank for forming a carton lid, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; the rear elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a left elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of a blank for forming a carton lid, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 7 is a left elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a right elevational view thereof.

The dash-to-dash lines of FIGS. 1 and 5 represent scored fold lines.
