FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the surgical knife handle of FIG. 1, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the surgical knife handle of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an end view of the surgical knife handle of FIG. 1 taken from the left side; and,

FIG. 6 is an end view of the surgical knife handle of FIG. 1 taken from the right side.
