FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view thereof taken on line 8--8 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 9 is a cross sectional view thereof taken on line 9--9 of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 10 is a cross sectional view thereof taken on line 10--10 of FIG. 4.
