FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a motor vehicle grill guard showing my new design mounted on an exemplary motor vehicle depicted in broken lines that is not part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, with the left side being a mirror image thereto;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
