FIG. 1 is a front view of a combined perfume bottle and cap showing our new design, the rear view, the right side view, and the left side view being identical to the front view;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, wherein the cap is shown separated;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The portions of the combined perfume bottle and cap that are not shown in the drawings or described in the specification do not form part of the claimed design.
