FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof shown in an exploded condition;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation of the combined bottle and cap, the rear elevation is the same;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof; the opposite side elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 2 are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the claimed design.
